Yoga and Bollywood dancing classes
Yoga
On Saturday November 4th, two yoga courses of 1h15 will be given, one in the morning around 9am, and one in the afternoon around 3pm. Another yoga class could be added on Sunday morning November 5th, depending on the demand.
Yoga does good to your soul and body, it is accessible for all ages and physical conditions. Come with your partners and children for a family activity.
Anastassia Rajeshwari
Guru Paramahamsa Vishwananda named her Rajeshwari, he also gave her the initiations into Babaji Surya Namaskar, Atma Kriya Yoga, Simply Meditation and Om Chanting.
She is a certified Anti-Gravity Yoga teacher from the Swiss school of yoga. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years, this changed her life tremendously. Her passion is to help others to feel healthier, more energised, happy, peaceful and in harmony.
Her teaching technique
She will teach Babaji Surya Namaskar, the original Sun Salutation that gives a lot of energy, strengthens the body and balances left and right brain hemipsheres.
During the class you will learn the technique well enough to practice it at home. Five minutes of it replaces an intense 45mn yoga class.
Bollywood dancing
On Saturday November 4th, two Bollywood danse classes of 1h15 will be given, one in the morning around 10:30am and one in the afternoon at 1:30pm.

Bollywood dancing is the typical danse you can see in Bollywood movies (hindi), it is physical and fun. The classes are for all ages, come with your partner and children for a family activity.
Ruby Bakshi Khurdi
Ruby is a natural dancer, performer, teacher and choreographer. She is the founder of Bollywood Dance Fitness in Villeneuve, Switzerland. She gave her first Bollywood dance performance at the age of 5 in India. She won a special jury award at the age of 9 for impromptu dancing competition at a Cultural festival. Winning various prizes at different events constantly motivated her to perform better...
Dancing is her passion, she can dance on the tunes of any foreign language music. She feels dance is a universal language, it has no limitations – it connects people all across the globe of different age groups and nationalities. She has been teaching different dance forms in India and Switzerland. She has performed in Switzerland too and she even conducted a dance workshop at EPFL on “How we communicate through body language & rhythm.”
Her teaching technique
She wants her students to enjoy dancing; to feel the music and let their body move with the rhythm. She will always come up with the right song to dance to for the right audience. She also uses props, they help in making dancing sessions more interesting and enjoyable.
She will invent simple and easy steps, with memorable words or movements that is easy for people to remember! Her dance and teaching style is inspired by Bollywood movies and Zumba which strongly concentrates on fitness mantra.
